Do you take a margin on the product?
No. We charge transparently — flat fee + small % of PO. We're sourcing for you, not selling to you.
Where do you source from?
Primarily China and Vietnam, with India and Pakistan for textiles and home goods. Country of origin is part of the brief.
Sample turnaround?
9 days average. 14 days worst case. We pay rush sampling fees out of our retainer when speed matters.
Do you handle quality control?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspections with photo reports. We have boots on the ground in three Chinese provinces.
What about IP / cloning risks?
Spec sheets we share are scrubbed of brand details. We file Brand Registry before mass production. We have a takedown playbook for Amazon.
